I'm a Fraud & Banking Manager at Screwfix with a background in accounts across both industry and practice. That foundation in finance naturally led me into fraud and risk, where understanding the numbers, controls, and commercial impact really matters. I focus on identifying and managing fraud and banking risk across payments and operational processes, protecting customers and revenue while supporting the wider business. I'm particularly interested in how fraud evolves alongside technology and consumer behaviour, and how businesses can respond with proportionate, data-led controls rather than unnecessary friction. I enjoy working at the intersection of finance, risk, and customer experience, partnering with internal teams, banks, and external providers to strengthen resilience and support sustainable growth.
