Brian has over 35 years experience within the IT applications industry where he has worked in senior roles for a number of large organisations including IBM and Reuters. He has a blend of operational and commercial skills and experience which together with a thorough understanding of client business concerns enable him to deliver solutions which make technology work for the customer, improving commercial effectiveness and underpinning operational efficiency. Brian has a strong track record of developing new businesses and building high performing teams that deliver exceptional results. He was Managing Director at Swebtec which produced Primelocation.com, at the time it was the largest property portal in the UK, Following this he begun and sold a start- up business developing an innovative web based pharmacy management system which has been approved by the NHS, and used by the Olympic and Para Olympic games as well as the Commonwealth Games medical team. More recently he has been involved in a start- up cyber security business called Synapser (Synapser.com) that has developed a no password, pinless, multi-factor authentication system.
