Chris Bell joined the City of London Police (CoLP) in December 2020 as its first Service Delivery Director, moving from his role of Commercial Director at the City of London Corporation and having been named Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) Management Professional of the Year in 2016 in recognition of his work in the transformation of City Procurement. As CoLP Service Delivery Director, he oversaw the delivery of the National Fraud and Cyber Crime Reporting and Analytics programme, including operational responsibility around replacing Action Fraud with the new service Report Fraud - the new place to report cyber crime and fraud.
