Currently, I am the Digital Risk Manager at Sainsbury’s, where I lead a team responsible for managing end-to-end transaction risk across all our brand websites. Our remit spans fraud detection, chargeback mitigation, and the implementation of robust digital controls to protect customers and the business alike. Prior to this, I spent over a decade at Amazon, where I managed chargebacks and fraud prevention strategies across multiple international markets.
