Jamie has 30 years' experience working in the fraud industry and is a highly accomplished fraud leader. During his career he served tenures at NatWest, Barclays (Fraud Director), HSBC (Global Head of Fraud) and Visa Europe (Head of Fraud Strategy). Across his career, Jamie played an active role industry initiatives and forums, examples of these are: Financial Fraud Panel & Committee, twice elected chair of the Visa Europe Fraud Risk Committee, MasterCard Security Council, DCPCU Management Committee and Co-Chair of Europol Airline Fraud Taskforce (EC3). From his work in the industry he has played key roles in delivering industry change and anti-fraud initiatives, some examples of these are: Lobbying OFCOM and successfully implementing greater standard to tackle smishing in the UK (chair of a group a led through UKF with MEF & OFCOM) Establishing an international law enforcement operation to tackle fraud 'Europol Airlines Days of Action' Delivery of the 6012 mandate for debit to credit card payments UK banking fraud representative for the design of PSD2 & SCA at European Banking Commission Contingent Reimbursement Model working group
