As the Head of Fraud and Claims, she has successfully built and led high-performing fraud programs, implemented fraud detection technologies, and developed proactive policies to combat evolving threats. With a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, data analytics, operational risk, and security, Jen has helped safeguard organizations from significant financial and reputational risk as related to fraud with a specialty focus on positive customer experiences and education. When not fighting fraud, Jen spends time with her son Nate, taking various classes at the gym, or working in the garden.
