Malcolm has been with Shawbrook since October 2022, where he leads the 1LOD Financial Crime function. His responsibilities include managing teams that perform Customer Due Diligence, Financial Crime Investigations, and Suspicious Activity Reporting across the Shawbrook Group. Before joining Shawbrook, Malcolm held various financial crime roles within the financial services industry, serving as a Vice President in JP Morgan's CDD Operations, a Senior FC Manager at Atos BPS Limited, and leading investigation teams at HSBC.
