Having spent most of their career in consulting, I have led large-scale change initiatives across banking, asset management, payments processors, fintechs and gambling platforms, helping regulated firms modernise financial crime frameworks, embed data-driven risk management strategies and transform operating models. More recently, I have been focusing on leading 1st Line of Defence, investment banking division, working with complex institutional and corporate clients across Markets and Banking businesses to strengthen financial crime compliance while improving client experience as well as supporting sustainable business growth.
