Yaprak de Beaufort has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She currently leads Value Added Services for Visa in UK and Ireland, with the objective of improving user experience and delivering value to clients through services that extend beyond basic payment processing. Previously, she served as Head of Strategy and Commercial Operations, where she shaped strategic direction and drove business growth and operational excellence. Before joining Visa in 2019, Yaprak held senior roles in investment banking at Lehman Brothers and Nomura; and in Fintechs such as Third Bridge and Credit Benchmark. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and has been trained as a management consultant.
